1.How many colors are available for us to choose from?
Our new product Rhinestone Lanyard with id holder has only 10 conventional colors, which are silver, black ,light blue, royal blue,green,purple, red, pink, yellow, colorful,etc.
2.What's the delivery date?
Within 8-10 days if the quatity is less than 1000pcs after payment.
3.What's the sample date?
1-2 days from stock, 7-9 days from sample production.
4.How will you ship out the finished Rhinestone Lanyard?
DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX, and by air/sea for larger quantity.
5.Does this need to develop new molds?
This Rhinestone Lanyard is developed without a mold. It is handmade and is usually custom-made in conventional colors.
6. What shall I do if the parcel is broken/lost?
Fistly, take pictures of the parcel and email me. We will ask for a claim for the Express company. Than we will discuss whether we re-produce the broken sparkly lanyards with id holder or discount in following orders.
