Q3: If we make out the swivel clip in our size or design, do we need to pay any extra cost?
Yes. The mold cost shall be paid by you. And if your order quantity reach our required amount, the mold cost could be refund to you in future!
Q4: What is your price in usual operation?
Usually, our price is ex-factory/EXW. We could also make it FOB terms if you like, and if your order quantity is big, we could bear the cost in Shenzhen end for you, as a support!
Q5: What is the delivery time once the order is confirmed?
Usually, it takes about 10-15days for a bulk production. If we have raw material in stock, then we could plate it as per the color you need, then it could be faster to be about 7days to make the bulk ready! If you need the bulk goods urgently, we would help to coordinate here to make your order on top priority!
Q6: Could you send us a swivel clip sample before we place an order?
Yes. We could send you a sample, if we have ready stock available, and the sample delivery cost shall be paid by you.
