The 18th China Homelife UAE Expo

    From June 11 to 13, 2025, as a professional factory engaged in the production of gift crafts for more than ten years, our company participated in the 18th China (UAE) HOMELIFE Exhibition held in Dubai. Our team completed the exhibition trip. Not only did we receive a large number of overseas customers, but we also visited local partners. The entire exhibition itinerary was very fulfilling.


    Next is our summary and review of this trip:
    Our six-person professional team set off from Shenzhen on June 8, rested in the hotel, and made some adjustments. On the morning of the 9th, we visited customers in Dubai, showcasing the Metal Tags we had brought to the exhibition. We also introduced our new products to customers, provided recommendations, and collected feedback on our previous products from them. Through face-to-face communication, we not only deepened our cooperative relationship but also laid a good foundation for subsequent product optimization.


    Ⅰ. Preliminary preparation
    On June 10, our team traveled to the Dubai World Trade Center to set up our booth (6J203) and complete the booth construction and material sorting.
    1. Posted the company and product posters prepared in advance;
    2. Categorized and placed the main samples such as Custom Keychains, Custom Lanyards, Metal Bag Labels, etc..
    3. Placed two tables and six chairs for easy sitting and negotiation with customers;
    4. Placed product catalogs and business cards on the display stand for customers to take away the information and contact them later.
    5. We prepared a QR code before the exhibition, so that customers can scan the code to add contact information, obtain product information, and achieve more efficient online follow-up.

    Ⅱ. During the exhibition
    June 11th to 13th is the official exhibition period. The exhibition hall has a large flow of people. Our booth attracted customers from all over the world. Many customers have expressed strong interest in our products, particularly Logo Keychain Lanyards and Metal Pin Badges.
    The main issues that customers are concerned about are as follows:
    Q1: What is the minimum order quantity?
    Q2: What process?
    Q3: Does it support sample orders?
    Q4: Can it be reproduced according to the provided drawings or samples?
    Q5: How long is the delivery cycle?
    ...
    Some customers brought specific order requirements, communicated product specifications on site, and left contact information. We also met several old customers who came to the booth to see samples and confirm order details with us. Offline communication is more efficient, which also makes customers more confident in cooperating with us.
    Our team members have a clear division of labor. While receiving new customers, we also introduce new products to existing customers and collect customer feedback. During the exhibition, all our product catalogs were distributed, and many business cards were sent out. Many customers expressed their hope to further communicate about quotations and samples after the exhibition.
    During the exhibition, we added WhatsApp to each other with customers so that we can communicate with customers offline about cooperation matters later.
    Through this exhibition, we have accumulated a lot of potential customer information, and at the same time, we have further understood the preferences of overseas customers for gift and craft categories, which provides an important reference for our subsequent product optimization and business follow-up.

    III. Relaxation after the exhibition
    On the afternoon of June 13, the exhibition ended. Our team visited the Burj Khalifa, the Burj Al Arab, and the Dubai Museum of the Future to take photos, capture group photos, and enjoy a relaxing and cultural experience after this period of tension.


    The overall pace of our exhibition was compact but efficient. Offline face-to-face communication has greatly increased the trust of many customers in us. They have clearly expressed their willingness to cooperate. Not only that, we also learned about the market preferences and product demands in the region through this exhibition. In the future, our company will continue to deepen its presence in the international market, continuously optimize its product and service system, and provide global customers with more efficient and professional customized gifts and crafts.
