1. What is sublimated?

Also known as thermal sublimation, is to use thermal transfer ink to print any pictures such as portraits, landscapes on ordinary paper or high-precision printing paper, then heat them to a certain temperature in a few minutes through the corresponding thermal transfer equipment, and transfer the vivid color of the image on paper to ceramic cups, plates, plates, clothes, metals and other materials. A special process.

2. Advantages of sublimated printing!

Simple operation, less production process, high efficiency, no pollution, small occupation of land, less investment. After printing, it has good adhesion, high gloss, clear pictures and texts, accurate color registration, bright color, safety and non-toxic. It can be processed by oil spraying, sand blasting, secondary injection molding, bending and punching after sublimated printing.

3. Process flow of sublimated lanyard printing:

(1)Computer processing: first use the computer to process the characters to be printed; 
(2)engraving: use the engraving machine to engrave the characters or pictures to be printed in the computer on the transfer paper;
(3)uncover the redundant parts according to the need; 
(4)then overlap the composite paper and the ribbon and put them together in the heat transfer machine; 
(5)The disperse dyes on the composite paper penetrate into the ribbon after heating and pressurizing by the heat transfer machine, thus forming the heat transfer product. 
Notes: Combine the carved heat transfer paper with the blank ribbon, the colored side is facing the ribbon, and heat the content of the heat transfer paper with the binding force through the heat transfer strip machine. The color of the content of the heat transfer paper will be transferred to the blank ribbon, thus forming the content of the ribbon.

4.Material of sublimated lanyard
The ribbon of sublimated lanyard can only be made of polyester (which includes imitation nylon and polyester after all). The handle will be smoother and more delicate than that of high-speed belt. The heat transfer embryo belt is mostly white high-density polyester belt, while the logo and background color are made by machine heating and sublimation penetrating into the white ribbon.
