How to win the order of embroidery keychain?

As we all know, small enterprise is growing up, they usually buy small order quantity to check quality, if sample is qualified ( like delivery , quality,packing, after-sale service) , they will try to place bulk order, even repeat order.

Recently, more and more customer send inquiry about embroidery keychain to us, most of them is used foe airline gift, bag decoration, cloth puller, key holder. They prefer custom logo on it, Remove before flight logo is very common, So how can we win the order?

Firstly, fast response is important. When customer send inquiry to you, usually they are interested in your product, but there may be not necessarily actual purchasing needs.  So the first person to reply will leave deep impression to customer. 

Second, professional product knowledge. If this is customer’s first time to get in contact with embroidery keychain, you need to ask whether they need custom logo, If yes, pls kindly send logo or advise his idea to you for reference. There is woven logo and embroidery logo can be your choice. Embroidery has a long history in China, it is one of the symbols of the spread of Chinese Culture. It is 3D Effect, bold text is perfect. But woven logo is suitable for colorful pattern,more complicated. Price is also cheaper, if your target price is low. The fabric is more tough than that of embroidery keychain. So checking logo before quotation is needed. 

Third, free artwork before production, free sample after payment received. We offer these service to make the order smoothly. Pls send AI or CDR or PDF file to us for design, we will send back the JPG file to you for approval, once you confirmed, we will arrange sample production, it usually takes 3-5 days.

If all the factors is ok, the process of winning the order is very quick. Some of my customer from sending inquiry to placing order takes less than 1 day. I will send some sample picture to them for reference, to help them know more about the logo method. Then they will choose what they liked. One of my customer named Ruben, his logo is with gold color and white color, he preferred woven logo, because there is no extra thread between letters. We made sample for him, but he think it is too bright, we remade sample for him, then he is very satisfied with the effect. Recently, he would like to repeat order but with different logo.
